For online registration, participants are required to complete and submit the official online registration form through the conference registration platform in the ICSRI website. After providing the necessary information, participants may proceed with the payment of the conference fee using the available online payment channel (bank/online account of BatStateU Cashiering Office). Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent containing the participant's registration details and other relevant conference information. Participants are advised to keep a copy of the payment confirmation and registration acknowledgment for reference.

For on-site registration, participants may register directly at the conference venue during the designated registration period before the conference. They will be required to fill out the registration form that can be accessed also online by scanning the QR code posted in the registration booth. Payment of the conference fee shall be made on-site to the Cashiering Office before the start of the conference. Once the registration and payment processes have been completed, participants will receive their conference credentials and materials, granting them access to conference sessions and activities.
