Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform clerical duties, including preparation of reports and maintenance of office records and database; • Process and ensure completeness and accuracy of various basic documents such as, but not limited to, project proposals, monitoring of the project progress, evaluation report, authority to travel, reimbursement and liquidation of the implemented project; • Consolidate reports from constituent campuses every end of the month; • Monitor the extension services programs, projects and activities work and financial plan; • Coordinate with external partners, agencies and linkages on matters relative to the conduct of various activities (collaborations, trainings, seminars, writeshops, etc.); • Provide technical support in the conduct of trainings and other activities; and • Perform other functions as may be authorized by University officials.
