Duties and Responsibilities
• Receives, records, sorts, and routes incoming and outgoing communications, memoranda, reports, and other documents of the research office.
• Assists in the preparation, reproduction, scanning, and distribution of official documents, forms, certifications, and communications.
• Prepares attendance sheets, meeting folders, and other logistical requirements for meetings, seminars, workshops, and colloquium organized by the office.
• Receives and responds to routine inquiries and provides basic information regarding research office procedures and requirements.
• Ensures security of office equipment and availability of office supplies
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping of office equipment, furniture, and research-related assets.
• Prepare transmittal letters, routing slips, document tracking logs, and other clerical forms required by the office.
• Facilitates the inventory and monitors the supply of consumables of the unit;
