Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide strategic, technical, and administrative support to the University President in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of institutional priorities, programs, and initiatives; • Conduct policy research, environmental scanning, benchmarking studies, and data-driven analyses to support executive decision-making, institutional planning, and organizational development; • Prepare executive-level reports, policy briefs, speeches, presentations, correspondence, briefing materials, position papers, and other strategic documents for the University President; • Monitor emerging trends, developments, regulations, and policy directions affecting higher education, research, innovation, governance, internationalization, sustainability, and other strategic areas relevant to the University; • Support executive meetings, management discussions, and high-level engagements through agenda preparation, documentation, action tracking, and follow-through of strategic directives;
