At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any related field.

Required Expertise
• Knowledge of project development processes and project lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and cloud-based productivity tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization, and business analytics concepts.
• Ability to conduct research, data consolidation, interpretation, and basic statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of records management, documentation standards, and report preparation.
• Basic understanding of data privacy, information security, and confidentiality protocols.
