Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
Experience Requirement
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical project management, engineering coordination, or technology-driven program implementation.
• Background in technical development, such as hardware integration, software development support, systems design, or R&D activities.
• Experience working with schools, LGUs, DepEd offices, or industry partners is an advantage.
• Exposure to prototyping, testing, and supporting innovation or engineering projects.
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams involved in engineering or development work.
Required Expertise
• Technical Development: Experience in hardware/software integration, prototyping, testing, and supporting engineering builds.
• Innovation & Prototyping: Skilled in rapid prototyping, design thinking, makerspace tools, and iterative development.
• Project & Team Management: Able to plan, delegate, monitor, and deliver engineering and program-related tasks.
• Systems & Documentation: Competent in preparing engineering documentation, technical requirements, and workflows.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong technical reasoning for diagnosing issues, evaluating risks, and implementing solutions.
