Job Details
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Animation, Multimedia Arts,
Engineering, or related field.
Experience Requirement
• At least 2–3 years experience in creating 3D assets, animations, or interactive media (Blender,
Unity, Unreal, or equivalent).
• Experience working with academic institutions, education technology projects, or STEM
programs is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with technical development teams (software, hardware, or creative
teams).
Required Expertise
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and/or asset optimization.
• Strong communication and networking skills for dealing with industry partners, schools, and
government units.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual outputs and partner-facing presentations.
• Knowledge of AR/MR, IoE, or interactive media development workflows (basic to intermediate).
• Capable of supporting events, training sessions, and hackathon-related creative/technical needs.
• Excellent teamwork and project coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work across creative and partnership roles.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for IP registration and content handling is an
advantage.
