Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering,
or a related field.
Experience Requirement
1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or administrative operations
is an advantage.
Required Expertise
• Procurement Management: Skilled in purchasing processes, canvassing, quotation analysis, and
vendor coordination.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Experience in inventory management, asset tracking, and
documentation.
• Administrative Operations: Strong capability in handling office administration, records
management, and document processing.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Able to manage supplier relationships and negotiate basic
procurement terms.
• Logistics Coordination: Competent in scheduling deliveries, equipment deployment, and event
logistics support.
• Documentation & Compliance: Knowledgeable in preparing MOUs, reports, liquidation
documents, and ensuring procedural compliance.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
