Duties and Responsibilities
Data Management and Governance; Compliances
• Provide technical assistance to the IPDO in collecting, organizing, protecting, and storing accurate and updated University data;
• Ensure the availability of accurate and updated information and/or operational data as input to management decision;
• Provide technical assistance in managing the availability, usability, integrity and security of the data;
• Finalize the University’s Annual Report, and Facts and Figures;
• Consolidate, finalize and/or submit all reports emanating from the IPDO and as required by monitoring and regulatory agencies of the national government such as the DBM, CHED, CSC, among others
• Conduct policy researches to ascertain effectiveness of existing policies or to recommend new policies and develop recommendations based on research conducted; and
• Perform other related tasks that may be directed by higher authorities from time to time.
