Duties and Responsibilities
• The Accountant I shall assist in the development and implementation of plans and activities for the effective and efficient operation and management of the accounting office.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, consolidation, and analyzation of all accounting and financial reports.
• Review and verify accounting documents and records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
• Verify account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
• Analyze operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, and o
